How to use UPay?

1. Free Merchant Registration: https://app.upay.ink/#/user/register

2. Log in to the merchant dashboard and add your receiving wallet address (TRC20 and ERC20).

3. Pre-load your merchant balance to cover payment collection fees.

Is there an account opening fee/access fee?

We do not charge any account opening fee/access fee, nor do we charge monthly/annual fees. We only charge a very low collection fee. No hidden fees!

What is merchant balance?

Merchant balance is used to deduct payment fees. Because users pay directly to your wallet address, you need to pre-charge the merchant balance.

💡 Merchant balance can be withdrawn at any time, or paid to users (on behalf of others).

How to withdraw cash?

Under normal circumstances, merchants do not need to withdraw cash. Because each transaction amount goes directly into your wallet address.

How to pay on behalf of others?

The user successfully transferred the money, but the order timed out/failed?

In this case, it is mostly because the user did not transfer the payment according to the order amount, or the user's payment exceeded the order time (30 minutes). This caused the order to time out/fail.

💡 How to deal with it: If your payment wallet has indeed received the user's payment, go to the merchant backend [Transaction History] -> [Single Supplement] to manually place the order. After the order is successfully placed, the order will be automatically called back successfully.

Are there any fees for user payments?

We do not charge users any fees. If users transfer money through an exchange or wallet, the other platform may charge a small fee and mining fee (Gas Fee).

After the user successfully pays, will there be a real-time callback?

Yes. TRON Network (TRC20) generally calls back within 1 minute, and Ethereum (ERC20) generally calls back within 5 minutes.

How to prevent order collision?

We have a complete anti-collision mechanism. When there are multiple orders with the same amount to be collected from the same receiving wallet address within the same time period, the system will automatically float the order amount, increasing by 0.0001, 0.0002 ... in sequence, to avoid collisions.

How to download the APP?

How is the payment success rate?

Our system has been running stably for more than 3 years, and the current payment success rate is 97.58%.

What is the USDT risk control system?

We have in-depth cooperation with the world's leading compliance service providers (such as: USDT BlackList, OKLink, etc.), and have connected to their encrypted address risk control database to identify risky USDT addresses to avoid unnecessary trouble caused by "black U" and "marked U".

What are "Tagged U" and "Black U"?

Tagged U: "Tagged USDT" refers to USDT that has been identified by exchanges, regulators, or blockchain analysis companies as being involved in illegal activities. These USDT may be used for money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activities, and their transaction records have been marked and may be monitored. Once these marked USDT are transferred to the exchange, they are likely to be frozen.

Black U: refers to USDT that may be involved in illegal activities but has not yet been marked. Although these "Black U" may be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities, they will not necessarily be frozen when they are transferred to the exchange because they have not been officially identified. However, this does not mean that transactions in "Black U" are safe or legal.

How to ensure privacy and security?

We attach great importance to protecting the data and privacy of our customers and their users. This is our responsibility. We will not collect and store any sensitive data that can be associated with merchants, including but not limited to merchant personal information, IP addresses, access time, browser header information, etc.

What is the difference between TRC20 and ERC20?

TRC20 is based on the TRON network, and ERC20 is based on the Ethereum network. There is no difference between the two in the exchange, but they are not connected on the chain. In addition, ERC20 currently has a slightly slower transfer speed (transaction confirmation takes several minutes), and the mining fee required is also relatively high (usually several US dollars), while TRC20 can achieve second-level arrival and lower transfer fees.
